Pastor Terrie Cutter

 

     Pastor Terrie Cutter is an ordained minister with the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee, who has faithfully served the state of South Carolina since the 1980s. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Pastoral Studies from Valor Christian College in Columbus, Ohio.

     Pastor Terrie, alongside her late husband, Derrick Cutter, has devoted her life to ministry and to raising their two children, Matthew and Deanna. Together, they founded and have led Safe Harbor Worship Center since August 2000. Under the Cutter administration, the ministry has flourished—spiritually, numerically, and in its impact throughout the community.

     Pastor Terrie’s heart beats for prayer, family, and servant-leadership. She often reminds others that without a strong prayer life, firm family values, and a true understanding of servanthood, we cannot hope to transform our towns, cities, or regions. As she continues to lead with faith and humility, Safe Harbor Worship Center continues to experience the spiritual and physical growth that God has promised.
